Drew founded Metis Professional Services in May 2014. His experiences with Metis have offered Drew the opportunity to work with Comcast’s HR team on the merger with Time Warner Cable (TWC), collaborate with a garment manufacturer on recruiting and handle HR Generalist responsibilities for an auto parts maker. Currently, he is on an assignment with a defense company working on talent acquisition and consulting as a career coach.

Drew has developed a succession program that included over 200 candidates. High profile candidates were identified from this pool and were given additional coaching, testing, and training utilizing Drew’s expertise. He has personally worked with individuals ranging from managers to business unit presidents drawing from the knowledge that he gained during his time earning his coaching certification at Neumann University and the years that he has spent honing his skills practically.

On the staffing side, Drew has developed and implemented programs to reduce days to hire and turnover. He has run the selection process and implementation of ATS’s, recruiting websites, and internet sourcing plans. Drew has also implemented and managed college and military hiring programs. He started the military hiring program at Lockheed Martin hiring in hundreds of former military personnel a year at fewer than one-thousand dollars a hire.

During his time at Lockheed Martin, Drew worked on government proposal teams for contracts with all government branches writing the HR content and the phase-in plan for contracts that were awarded. Using the experience above Drew worked on over twenty acquisition teams at both Lockheed Martin and Airgas performing the due diligence and integration of the new businesses into the organization. While working at Lockheed Martin, Drew successfully completed his certification in collective bargaining studies at Cornell University. He then became part of the negotiation team, and advised field personnel on contract administration issues. Ultimately, this led to him sitting first chair during the negotiation process.
